Answers
Q: Can I buy Cards from you ?
A: At FMC we do not sell cards. We list the prices and inventory of Vendors around the net.

Q: What are your shipping prices ?
A: We don't sell cards. The shipping cost varries by purchase and vendor.

Q: Why do vendors charge so much for shipping ?
A: Shipping is used as a short form shipping and handling. Normally the vendors must charge an extra fee per order to cover picking and packaging the order.

Q: How can I tell the difference between Alpha and Beta cards ?
A: Alpha cards have corners that are rounder form all other cards. Beta cards have the standard corners.

Q: Where are my cards ?
A: Sorry it taking longer than you would like to get your cards. We don't have any information from Vendors on this and it is best if you contact them directly and ask for an order status.

Q: A vendor is not responding to my e-mails. What should I do ?
A: Sorry you are having trouble. Among the FMC vendors this is very rare. Send them an e-mail and give them 2 full working days to respond. If you don't get and answer send them another one adding that negative feedback will be left if you are not delt with.

Q: My cards were delivered and are not of the quality I would like. What should I do ?
A: This is very rare amoung FMC vendors. The vendor has most likely sent you down graded cards my mistake. First e-mail the vendor you are unhappy. Most will offer you a full refund plus shipping on any item you are not happy with.

Q: My cards were delivered I am unhappy as to the packaging. What should I do ?
A: Were any cards damaged ? If they were contact the vendor and request an exchange for the damaged cards. Remember for cost and environmental reasons vendors are trying to cut down on packaging, but that is no excuse if you have recieved a damaged product.

Q: My cards were delivered and are damaged. What should I do ?
A: Contact the vendor immediately. Give details was the package bent, wet or ripped ? Very rarely packages are damaged during shipping.

Q: I never recieved a FMC Customer Survey ? Although I purchased from a FMC vendor ?
A: First make sure the vendor is registered as a FMC Star Vendor(tm). If you paid via Pay Pal the survey was sent to your PRIMARY pay pal address. If you paid credit card direct and didn't recieve an e-mail please contact us.

Q: Do you want to buy my cards ?
A: No, as we don't buy or sell cards. Buy try the vendors listed on FMC most of them buy cards all the time.

Q: So what does it mean when cards have a signiture and gold border? How much is it worth?
A: These cards come from 'World Champion Decks.' And are generally worth much less than a normal card.

Q: Does FMC send e-mail with attachments ?
A: Click here for the answer to this question.

Q: What is Find Magic Cards.com ?
A: FindMagicCards.com started in university when I was an avid magic player and noticed a lack of sites that had easy lists for thing like ... all green spells. (I played green back then). Some had search, but they were slow. Originally FMC was called Magic Moss (Magic Online Searching System) and was hosted on a web site called TheGameShop with two Java games I had written. I created findmagiccards.com after the original Game Shop server crashed. One day I made a purchase from a popular auction site and the kid who sold me ripped me off so I added vendors names, prices and a feedback on the vendors. Find Magic Cards was born ! Then I made FindCCG.com because it's the same software and was easy to do. Now players of all CCG's can use the same system. Thanks to EVERYONE who has loaded images and worked on the FMC data over the years. There would be no FMC with out you. Thanks ! Hope everyone enjoys the site.
